This is impossible to find 'new' - I buy all my rarities from ebay, but I recommend observing before bidding - prices vary considerably.
Check if there's a copy for sale. Most of the tracks are available on studio and compilation CDs.

'Year of the Cat', 'Flying Sourcery', 'Broadway Hote'l and 'On the Border' first appeared on "Year of the Cat" 1976
'Soho (Needless to Say)' and 'Roads to Moscow' have each appeared on several albums; originally on "Past, Present and Future". 1974
'The Candidate' was featured on "Russians and Americans" 1979
'Genie on a Table Top' was first on "Famous Last Words" 1993
'Almost Lucy' and 'Life in Dark Water' first appeared in "Time Passages" 1978
'Clifton in the Rain' was on "Bedsitter Images", 'Small Fruit Song' was first on "Zero She Flies" 1966-70
