Rainbow RCD 316 The Rainbow Label Buddy Holly CDs were manufactured in Australia under license from BMG in the late 80's and early 90's until BMG lost the rights to the MCA Catalogue. The Buddy Holly titles were used extensively in a promotion with retailers in 1991-1992. RCD316 was released by Rainbow in June 1989 with 11,250 CDs manufactured until March 1991.
